On Friday, June 22, dogs will take center stage at the second annual National Dog Party Day event being held at The Spot Experience at 105 West 72nd St. in Manhattan. The three-hour party begins at 7pm and will benefit Bideawee, one of New York’s leading pet welfare organization that has been helping animals in need for over 100 years.

The event will feature a variety of games for dogs as well as healthy canine treats for them to sample and the always popular K9 Karaoke, where owners serenade their four-legged companions for a chance to win prizes.

Founded by Arden Moore, an animal behavior consultant, best-selling author and certified pet first aid instructor, National Dog Party Day allows dogs to be dogs, while giving their human escorts the chance to meet others who share a love for their pet(s). New Yorkers, however, aren’t the only ones who will be enjoying the festivities on Friday, with National Dog Party Day events also being held in San Diego and Miami.

The cost to attend is $25 per person, a percentage of which will go towards Bideawee.
